Refund on our products

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer. If for any reason the product needs to be returned, we will offer several remedies.

1 A total refund.

2 A discount on the original price for the inconvenience of waiting on a repair or retuned item that was damaged upon delivery. (Notification to use must be in a timely manner)

All of our products are shipped as soon as possible, if there is any delay the customer will be notified.
