Our cancellation policy is very simple. we know things happen in our lives that change on a monthly, weekly and daily basis. so we decided to make our policy as simple and customer friendly as possible. so we came up with 3 o9ptions.

1: A full no questions asked refund. 
2: A reschedule to another scheduled class at no additional fees.
3: A reschedule of a class scheduled to your schedule ( a private one on one class).

This is one of the many ways we keep our 5 star rating, If the customer isn't completely satisfied neither are we.
